Exceedingly different than the South-Indian / Kerala Ayurvedic tradition, this energetic, detailed, and complex full body massage also addresses the typically forgotten seven lower chakras. A minimum of 90 minutes is needed to appreciate. The full protocol is best delivered in a two-hour session. A foot soak is included.
